The first woman who replied to my emails replied once, and when I responded with my tracking nuMacbooker I never heard from her again, although I emailed her back twice. Finally after submitting another email from the main website, someone was able to help me.

I have a small-ish backpack so was looking for a slim cover and a perfect fit and this case is just for that. I had the case out with my laptop once so experienced the sleeping problem as well, but I think if you just make sure the magnetic strip is on the right side of your laptop when using you should be fine.

The biggest flaw is that the rubber bumper smells extremely bad. After 4 days, it's still stinks up the room when I open it. My computer also smells when I take it out of the case. I thought about running a fan in front of the case while propping it open or somehow putting baking soda inside of the case to absorb the smell but in the end this is something that InCase should fix - especially given the premium pricing. I ended up returning the case. My rating would be higher and I would have kept the case without the bad smell.
I went to the Apple store and tested out the all black case, and it fit my Macbook Pro perfectly. Then I ordered the heathered gray case online - it was not sold in stores - and the case failed to close securely.
While the neoprene of the black case is soft and flexible, the heathered case is a stiffer plastic, something not explained in the product details. The plastic material can't flex enough for the magnet enclosure to work - not to mention the stiffer plastic is not as attractive of a material as the neoprene. Such a disappointment.
I absolutely love this case, I love the comfort of knowing my laptop will be ok if I accidentally drop my bag with my laptop in it, etc. I usually just leave the case in the laptop pocket of my bag and slide my Macbook out when I need it.

Laughed when i realised the issue, glad I'm not the only one but all it took was to Google it for 30 seconds to find out what was wrong! Have seen some people give this product a bad review due to this, completely unnecessary, just rotate the sleeve, or dont use it as a surface. The only issue I do have is how easily the sleeve stains. Hate using is in a professional setting as it looks dirty which is quite irritating. Is there a way of washing it? I have used incase products since my first macbook back in 2009 i bought the classic iconic black neoprene sleeve. I used to with all my macbook pro upgrades when it came to the retina pro, the sleeve was too big but still worked( Which is now being used with my sisters macbook pro, the sleeve still in amazing shape). But i wanted something more tight fitting. This was the answer I can easily slip in and slip out my laptop in the sleeve but still fits in snuggly with minimal movement. The bumper frame gives me an extra piece of mind knows there is some protection for my laptop.

I wanted a lightweight laptop case that provided enough protection without being bulky. This did the trick. The material is stiff enough to stand on its own - easier to slide laptop in and out.
There are many compartments both on the underside and under the flap - perfect for storing earphones, memory cards, a wallet and probably an ipad. Comes with a smaller pouch that you could store your charger in. My 2015 macbook charger has the extended cord so it was a tighter squeeze, but definitely doable. Would recommend this product, especially at such a reasonable price. Such a great laptop, no complaints.
The RAM allows me to have way too many chrome tabs open, that's the only downside;) I've had this for a while and it still starts up in less than 10 seconds, the SSD makes an obvious difference. The screen is beautiful and the backlit keys come in very handy. I sometimes forget about this feature and then realise that I can light up my keys.
The speakers are loud, processor is fast enough (after effects, HD compositing, Linux and windows VM, stat software R) only 2 USB 3.0 ports is a bit lacking, the battery life is great, still able to crank out a solid 8 hours with music, chrome browsing, some videos. You can get 10 hours if you have the WiFi off and you're just reading stuff. Very solidly built also. It makes other laptops feel like plastic toys. Great laptop sleeve.
Bought this for an Asus Zenbbok ux310ua. The laptop fits into the sleeve nice and snug, no sliding around, and the power cord and adapter fit into the side pocket as well.
It's worth noting that adapter on the power cord is about 1 inch tall and this is about the max height/thickness of anything you could put into the side pocket. When the power cord and adapter are in the side pocket, there is a noticeable bump or portrusion, but you're still able to zip up the side pocket with no problems. I've had this sleeve for about 2 months now and so far, so good. Its worth noting I spent a lot of time looking for a sleeve whose interior dimensions would result in the snuggest fit for my particular laptop.
I don't know if this is the most expensive sleeve out there,. This was delivered today so I can't speak about how well it wears, but it feels sturdy and all the stitching is secure. It's just as pictured - including the teal colour, and the front pocket is zippered. I have a basic plastic case that goes around the back of my iPad and has a built in pencil holder on the side.
It's snug around the pencil holder, but it's not stretching or pulling at the fabric or seams. I would suspect that it would be a tight fit if you had a heavy duty/Otterbox/thick case on your iPad, but it's a great sleeve if you have a light/thin case or no case on your iPad. The case fits very well - much better than what I was expecting for the price point! It's great that this comes in a full set (case, keyboard cover, and screen protector). Including instructions in the packaging may be helpful in determining the specific orientation of the case, as I had some difficulty installing it since I wasn't sure if the top part was facing the right way or not. It seems that the most correct way of putting it on is having the long edge of the case with the three small bits that stick out on the top of the laptop screen.
There are a couple of small pointers I'd like to mention, however. First, the keyboard cover will dull the backlit keys quite a bit when typing in low light, but this doesn't bother me. Material and build quality exceeded my expectations as it was very plush and soft providing solid protection for my 2017 macbook pro with a hardshell case which fits perfectly in this sleeve. The opening for the main compartment does not zip all the way around the sleeve but only large enough to slide my laptop in which I have no problem with as I believe it will be less likely for the sleeve to accidentally unzip if my laptop were to apply enough pressure at the opening, but dont expect this sleeve to open up completely.
The extra storage compartment is great for storing smaller items such as laptop accessories like my keyboard cover, dongles, and cables. I personally dont store my laptop charging brick and cable in this compartment due to the fact that it creates a more noticeable bump which may make it difficult to store in a.
The Macbook is doing really good so far. Aside from scratches and dents which you should really expect from buying a refurbish/second hand laptop (you could hide it by buying a shell case in which I did on mine) it is doing a great job software/internal specs-wise. No complains about it. Its pretty cheap for a really great product. Before I bought it I made research so i would know what to expect because its my first time to own a macbook. The sellers has good ratings, and the laptop is upgradeable. Its an early 2015 model, but i dont think there isnt much of a difference between the new versions of macbook.
Overall, im satisfied with it!
